Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM on Fridays, or during weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
 • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-12 business days (flat rate).
 • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by location. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
